Policy
NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All payments are final. Deposits are used to reserve time, planning, and labor and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
CONTENT SUBMISSION
All project materials (text, photos, logos, pricing, branding, dates, and details) must be submitted together before work begins. Sending information in parts, screenshots, voice notes, or last-minute additions may delay turnaround time and could result in additional fees. Incomplete submissions will place the project on hold.
TURNAROUND & RUSH ORDERS
Standard turnaround time is 8–14 business days unless otherwise stated. Same-day or overnight services are not guaranteed without an approved rush fee. Delayed planning on the client’s end does not alter scheduling timelines.
REVISIONS
Each project includes up to two (2) revisions. All revision requests must be submitted in one clear and organized message. Multiple revision messages, excessive changes, or additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra fees.
COMMUNICATION POLICY
Communication is limited to the paying client only unless prior approval is given. Third-party involvement, including friends, partners, or assistants, is not permitted without authorization.
ABANDONED PROJECTS
Projects with no client response for 7 consecutive days will be marked inactive and paused.
- After 30 days, restarting the project requires 50% of the original project total.
- After 60 days, full repayment of the project may be required before services resume.
Any restart terms or deadlines will be confirmed in writing.
PAYMENT & OWNERSHIP
Final files, designs, and usage rights will only be released once the remaining balance has been paid in full. Unpaid balances result in no file access, ownership, or usage rights.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Respectful communication is required at all times. Harassment, threats, disrespectful behavior, or pressure tactics may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
PORTFOLIO & PROMOTIONAL USE
The Design Cave Studios reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, advertising, website, and social media purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, Instagram, website galleries, promotional content, and case studies.
Clients requesting complete confidentiality or non-disclosure/non-posting agreements may do so for an additional $185 fee, which must be paid before final delivery. Without a signed confidentiality agreement, The Design Cave Studios maintains the right to publicly showcase completed work.
